The transaction highlights the long standing relationship between Aramisauto<\/a> and Clipperton and comes after the strategic alliance formed with PSA Group<\/a> in 2016 and a venture financing in 2009.<\/p>\n

With this transaction, Clipperton demonstrates once again the capabilities of its European advisory platform and its capacity to accompany its clients in their cross-border operations.<\/p>\n

The transaction follows a series of transforming M&A deals recently announced by Clipperton such as the sale of leading biostore Greenweez<\/a> to Carrefour<\/a> [CA.PA], the sale of German Marketplace Hitmeister to Real from the METRO AG Group<\/a> [B4B:Xetra] or the strategic investment of Veepee (fka Ventes Priv\u00e9es) into mobile RTB company
