Clipperton acted as sole financial advisor to Cowboy, a Belgian e-bike manufacturer, on its investment led by Cypress Capital, with the participation of its existing investors, including Index Ventures, Hardware Club, Future Positive Capital, Isomer, and Exor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established in 2017 and based in Brussels, Cowboy specializes in electric bikes designed for urban riders. Recognized with numerous design awards, the company became the first e-bike manufacturer to earn B-Corp certification in 2022, reflecting its commitment to high social and environmental standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company states that the funding will position it as a leader in the rapidly expanding e-bike market, projected to grow fourfold to \u20ac150 billion by 2032. Cowboy also anticipates \u00ab\u00a0accelerated growth\u00a0\u00bb in 2025, the year it aims to reach profitability. It highlights significant improvements in business performance, including better unit economics and higher
