their cross-border operations.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction follows a series of transforming M&amp;A deals announced by Clipperton since January 2018 including the acquisition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cheerz.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cheerz<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/cewe.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cewe<\/a> [CWC.F], the acquisition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardoen.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cardoen<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aramisauto.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aramisauto<\/a>, the sale of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodcheri.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Foodcheri<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodexo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sodexo<\/a> [SW.PA] and the sale of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quitoque.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Quitoque<\/a> to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carrefour.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carrefour Group<\/a>
