Clipperton acted as financial advisor to Smoove on its merger with Zoov. Founded in 2008 by Laurent Mercat, Smoove is a <\/span>French pioneer <\/span>in the bike sharing market<\/span><\/a> and leading provider of <\/span>shared bike systems across the globe (Moscow, Vancouver, Helsinki, Lima, Paris,…).<\/span><\/p>\n

Merging with Zoov, the <\/span>technological benchmark for self-service e-bikes<\/span><\/a>, the new Smoove & Zoov entity is set to have the unique ability to address large business-to-government bike sharing tenders globally, while being more technology advanced than new free-floating entrants. It will therefore contribute to massively accelerate the modal shift from cars to bikes.<\/span><\/p>\n
