AssessFirst has developed a predictive recruitment SaaS solution that allows companies to predict how well candidates and employees will succeed and thrive in their jobs on the basis of their abilities, their motivations, and their personalities.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction underlines Clipperton\u2019s extensive expertise in the SaaS sector with as many as 17 deals for SaaS businesses since 2020, advising category leaders such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clipperton.com\/fr\/transactions\/inova-receives-a-70-million-investment-from-carlyle\">Inova<\/a> ($70m investment from Carlyle Group [NASDAQ: CG]), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clipperton.com\/fr\/transactions\/sendinblue-raises-160m-in-series-b-funding\">Sendinblue<\/a> ($160m round with Bridgepoint, BlackRock and Bpifrance) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clipperton.com\/fr\/transactions\/lengow-receives-a-growth-investment-from-marlin-equity-partners\">Lengow<\/a> (majority-control growth investment from Marlin Equity Partners).<\/p>\n<p>It further is a testament to Clipperton\u2019s ability to Clipperton\u2019s ability to advise deals in the HR Tech sector, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clipperton.com\/fr\/transactions\/welcome-to-the-jungle-raises-e20-million-to-fuel-growth\">\u20ac20m Series B round of Welcome to the Jungle<\/a>, <a
