Clipperton acted as the exclusive advisor to Solem\u2019s shareholders on its sale to Quilvest Capital Partners. Quilvest will acquire a majority stake from reference shareholders MBO & Co and Altur Investissement. Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Comte, CEO of the Group, is investing in the transaction alongside Quilvest and Bpifrance acquires a minority stake.<\/p>\n

This transaction demonstrates Clipperton\u2019s extensive expertise in the IoT space, following recent deals such as Withings<\/a> ($60m financing with Gilde Healthcare, Eurazeo and Bpifrance), and Matooma<\/a> (IoT communication solutions, sold to Wireless
