This transaction highlights Clipperton\u2019s extensive expertise in the eCommerce, Consumer Tech, and DNVB sectors (notable transactions including <\/span>Bonne Gueule<\/span><\/a>\u2019s fundraising, <\/span>Courbet<\/span><\/a>\u2019s Series B round, the sale of a majority stake of <\/span>PremiumXL<\/span><\/a> to Verdane or <\/span>Vestiaire Collective<\/span><\/a> ($40m capital
