Dailymotion welcomes two new investors, Partech International & Atlas Venture

Dailymotion raises €7m in financing led by Partech International – Transaction managed by Clipperton Finance

PARIS, France, September 24, 2006 – Dailymotion, a leading company in the User Generated Content space that allows people to share and watch original videos through the Internet, has raised €7 million in a new round of equity financing. For this transaction, Dailymotion was advised by Clipperton Finance, a corporate finance boutique focused on the high tech and media sectors. The two leading investors of the round were Partech International, and Atlas Venture.
