Paris – May, 15th 2015 – Clipperton Finance, a leading European corporate finance firm focused on the Technology and Media industries, announced today the closing of the sale of Vodeclic SAS, the leading French provider of new generation cloud-based enterprise learning solution for software and collaborative skills, to Skillsoft Limited, a global leader in learning and talent management.
Founded in 2007 and based in Paris, Vodeclic provides a state-of-the-art training solution for corporate users designed to help employees enhance their digital skills. Its solution features a broad library of 25,000+ how-to-videos encompassing a wide range of software applications and web services (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Salesforce, social & collaborative tools …) produced in-house and available in 6 languages on an intuitive and agile user interface.
Joining the Skillsoft Group of companies, a global leader in corporate e-learning, is a great achievement for Vodeclic’s founders, employees and shareholders and will enable to grow quickly the international base of customers for Vodeclic’s platform.
