Ghislain joined Clipperton in 2018 and has since contributed to more than 25 transactions spanning various tech sectors and deal types, from VC and Growth financings to LBO and strategic M&A.
Prior to joining Clipperton, he gained experience in finance, strategy and operations across advisory firms, corporates and startups, including positions at Choco in Paris, Deloitte in Madrid and Orange Business Services in London.
Ghislain is a graduate of emlyon business school.
