Clipperton acted as exclusive financial advisor to Implicity, a global leader in AI-driven cardiac remote monitoring, on its €35 million growth equity funding led by European growth fund IRIS alongside Five Arrows Sustainable Investments (FASI), the impact fund from Five Arrows.
The funding will support the company’s ramp-up of its US commercial operations, consolidate the platform’s position in Europe, and invest further in R&D to accelerate the capabilities of its predictive and diagnostic AI algorithms.
September 9th, 2026 - Implicity is a leading digital MedTech platform for remote monitoring of patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices, supporting cardiologists and hospitals with continuous, secure data monitoring. It was co-founded by Dr. Arnaud Rosier, a cardiac electrophysiologist, alongside David Perlmutter.
