Paris – October, 12th 2016 – Clipperton, a leading European corporate finance boutique focused on the High Tech and Media industries announced the closing of a €7 million financing for Boxtal (formerly known as Envoimoinscher), a one-stop-shop online shipping platform for B2B clients, #1 in France on this segment This funding round has been led by Idinvest and Ecomobility Ventures, with the participation of historical investors including CapHorn Invest.

Founded in 2008, Boxtal is positioned as the #1 online marketplace for Delivery Service Providers and B2B clients in France. Surfing on a multi-billion dollar European parcel delivery market, the company successfully interconnects incumbent carriers with SMEs, online retailers as well as marketplace sellers throughout Europe. Boxtal platform relies on both scalable in-house technology and outstanding user experience: customers access an easy-to-use solution with high quality service and best shipping prices on the market.

Boxtal has built a unique network of 17 carriers as well as a strong online experience: the company already convinced over 170,000 business customers to use its platform to manage parcel shipping.

Funding will fuel growth, both in France and in Europe, starting with Spain, and will enable the Company to extend product offering, in order to become the Shipping-as-a-service leader in Europe.
