The transaction follows a series of transforming M&A deals recently announced by Clipperton such as the sale of leading biostore Greenweez to Carrefour [CA.PA], the sale of German Marketplace Hitmeister to Real from the METRO AG Group [B4B:Xetra] or the strategic investment of Veepee (fka Ventes Privées) into mobile RTB company A.mob.
