Clipperton, a leading European corporate finance boutique focused on the High Tech and Media industries announced the closing of a €5 million financing for AB Tasty, a SaaS testing and personalization solution for websites and mobile apps giving marketers access to conversion optimization techniques.

The new round was led by Omnes Capital, with the participation of historical investors Xange Private Equity, Kima Ventures and the financial support of BPIfrance.

Founded in 2011, AB Tasty aims at developing easy-to-use tools to automate conversion optimization. In early 2015, AB Tasty was the first to announce user experience personalization features as well as its compatibility with mobile apps, making it a clear European leader in cross-channel conversion optimization. Thanks to powerful machine learning algorithms, the Company aims at improving conversion optimization ROIs by 75% using predictive segmentation of audience to deliver smart personalized messages to every Internet user.
