Videoplaza the leading video monetization platform for the New IP-delivered TV completes a $12m series B round to cement its global leadership in New TV monetization.

Existing investors Creandum and Northzone were joined by Innovacom and Qualcomm Ventures.  Clipperton acted as sole financial advisor to Videoplaza.

With clients in 17 countries including Tier1 broadcasters such as M6 and the RTL Group, Videoplaza is building the leading sell side ad platform for the New IP-delivered TV.

Videoplaza was founded in Stockholm in 2007 and today serves clients globally from 6 offices in Europe and Asia, including its London headquarters.  The company will use the funds to execute its ambitious product roadmap, and to continue international expansion.
