Clipperton acted as the sole financial advisor to Ringover on its €20m Series B led by new investors Orange Ventures and Bpifrance Large Venture, with the participation of historical investor Expedition Growth Capital.
Thanks to this new funding round, Ringover will be able to considerably step up its R&D investments, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, while sustaining its ongoing commercial growth on a global scale.
This 6th growth financing transaction of over €15M in the past six months confirms Clipperton’s expertise in advising tech leaders on their acceleration rounds.
