Martin joined Clipperton in 2012, where he participated in over 50 transactions with a focus on B2B software, mobility, telecom and deep tech.
Martin advised numerous clients on their financing rounds such as Ekimetrics, Withings, DentalMonitoring, Glovo, Didomi, and Fifteen. He further was notably involved in M&A and buy-out transactions such as Ardian’s 330m take-private of Artefact, the sale of Aramisauto to Stellantis, Cajoo’s sale to Flink, Foederis Group’s acquisition by Septeo, as well as Ikoula’s sale to Sewan.
Before joining Clipperton, Martin worked as an Analyst at CM-CIC Corporate Finance where he was involved in several mid-cap M&A operations in the technology sector. Prior to that, he worked as a Strategy Consultant with AC Nielsen.
Martin holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School and is a Schulich Business School alumnus (Toronto).
