Ingmar joined Clipperton with the launch of the Berlin office in 2013, working with successful technology entrepreneurs on their growth financing and M&A transactions, such as Gastrofix, NetRange, Asgoodasnew, Webedia, amongst others.
Before Clipperton, Ingmar worked at Houlihan Lokey and UniCredit where he focused on M&A deals in the TMT and Industrials sectors. Prior to that, he interned at Private Equity fund Mutares in Munich and worked for two years as CEO of an e-learning company he co-founded during his studies.
Ingmar graduated from the University of Mannheim and holds a Diploma in Business Education (majoring in Corporate Finance & Investments).
